- **Good dimensional stability**: It helps to ensure the accuracy and stability of product dimensions.
- **Excellent chemical resistance and oil resistance**: It can maintain stable performance in some chemical and oily environments.
However, the specific performance and application of PBT G0 may vary due to factors such as the manufacturer and modification methods. In actual use, selection and evaluation need to be carried out according to specific needs and product requirements. Disadvantages: It may be inferior to POK in terms of impact strength, mechanical properties, dimensional stability, etc. For example, the impact strength of POK may be 230% higher than that of PBT black G0, and the dimensional stability of POK may also be stronger.
Compared with nylon (polyamide), the wear resistance and strength of PBT may be slightly inferior, but the water absorption rate is lower. Compared with PC (polycarbonate), the transparency and impact strength of PBT may be inferior to PC, but it may have certain advantages in chemical resistance and molding processing.
